The following terms and conditions govern the sale of products by ICare Home Comfort. By submitting your order to us, you are indicating acceptance to be bound by these terms and conditions. These terms and conditions may be changed without prior notice at the sole discretion of ICare Home Comfort.<\/p>

Price Match\u00a0<\/b><\/p>

5% lowest Price Guarantee<\/p>

ICare Home Comfort will guarantee their price compared to any authorized local dealer\u2019s advertised price on the same brand and model of a product. The competitor\u2019s price can be advertised a distributed estimate invoice.\u00a0<\/p>

Price Guarantee is also available for bundles promotions as well. All items in the bundle must be the same SKU and Model Number as the bundle being advertised by ICare Home Comfort. The competitor\u2019s price can be advertised a distributed estimate invoice.\u00a0<\/p>

Terms & Conditions:<\/p>

  • ICare Home Comfort will beat any local authorized dealer\u2019s current advertised price available by 5% of the difference<\/li>
  • ICare Home Comfort will beat any local authorized dealer\u2019s advertised bundled price available by 5% of the difference<\/li>
  • Prior to any price guarantee approval, the item must be advertised during the competitor\u2019s promotion period, at the time of checkout.<\/li>
  • customer must provide a physical copy of the estimate invoice with the competitors advertised price being shown.<\/li>
  • Item(s) must be identical in brand\/make\/model (ie: manufacturers SKU#, UPC code). Any conditional offers, exclusions and\/or restrictions regarding limited quantity eligible for purchase will be applied. This also applies to bundles as well.<\/li>
  • Price Guarantee cannot be combined with any ICare Home Comfort promotion offer (ex. Free gift set or instant rebate). If the customer has chosen our promotion offer on the product, that product is not eligible for price matching.<\/li>
  • ICare Home Comfort Price Guarantee does not apply to typographical or advertising errors, misprints, restricted offers, mail order offers.<\/li>
  • If the item is out of stock or the competitor has advertised that there are limited quantities of an item, the item is not eligible for Price Guarantee.<\/li>
  • Reseller Customers are not eligible for Price Guarantee.<\/li><\/ul>
